1. Wait one day after your start date to obtain your username and password.
2. Obtain your username and password:
   1. Username - Your username is your MSC email address, e.g. issac.newton@mscsoftware.com.
   2. Password - Click on this link and follow the instructions to recover your password.
3. Attempt to login using your username and password.
4. If steps 1-3 do not work, please contact the Helpdesk.

For new MSC Resellers or Elite Partners, please do the following:

1. Create an account at this link. Remember to write down your login username and password, this is your login for this site.
2. Fill out this form and submit it.
3. You will be able to log in once your access is validated after 2 business days.
